We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at theleisurelab1@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide you with the correct return address for your specific item, as return destinations may vary by product.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
